It was a cloudy day in early September and we lifted by helicopter to the summit. The first two thousand feet was free-riding on the ridge and in steep scree. Then we entered a rocky meadow with distinct chutes that dropped for another two thousand feet. We paired and took unique routes finding nice airs and rock faces.
After the chutes we connected with the Fairy Meadow trail which is a fun downhill by itself. This trail ends at the visitor information center in Fernie.
