Seven Summits in Rossland, British Columbia
Rossland is an old mining town located in British Columbia. It is known as the mountain biking capital of Canada. These beautiful, scenic trails consist of more than 284 kilometres of pristine, well-maintained trails. The Seven Summits Trail has been classed as a five-star route. Every mountain bike lover should experience the Seven Summits Trails. While riding the trails, riders can see many valleys, old-growth forests, the Selkirk Mountains, and the Columbia River Valley, as well as grasslands.
Collingwood, Ontario
Located only two and a half hours north of Toronto, Ontario, and situated on the beautiful Georgian Bay, here you will find many trails suitable for all riding levels. There are 60 kilometres of trails in the town of Collingwood alone. For intermediate cyclists, the Kilapore Uplands, located just outside town, provide cyclists with 32 kilometres of trails. There is also a beautiful two-hour trail, called the Three Stages, which is 64 kilometres in length. This trail allows mountain bikers to experience five different forest systems, along with the famous Blue Mountain Resort, where riders can enjoy a lift-assisted downhill experience.
